"Our family has a home in Saint Charles but we move to Wellington, FL for 5 months in the winter. I needed someone to keep an eye on our home while we were gone so I called Helen. I can tell you that she is incredibly detailed, prompt, communicative, organized and great to work with. Over those 5 months, we agreed that she would come to the home every Monday and check every room, run water in sinks, showers, tubs, flush toilets, check basement, main level and upstairs for anything out of the ordinary, walk outside perimeter, put out trash and bring the cans in the following day, check gates, monitor pool, check every door and confirm no damage and that they were locked. Basically a thorough check weekly. In addition to that, I asked for miscellaneous tasks such as moving furniture and personal items, fixing an outdoor hanging swing that had fallen, fixing doors that had issues, working with pest control, scheduling housekeeper, sending me mail and FedEx packages, handling snow removal, cleaning out the refrigerators, monitoring temperature in the home and more. Whatever I requested was handled either by Helen or she contracted and facilitated it to get done. Her attention to detail is superb. For instance, there were a few times that my husband came to town or a friend went to the house and I neglected to tell Helen. Sure enough, come Monday, she would contact me if ANYTHING was out of place. For instance, a water bottle on a nightstand that was not there the week prior. Or a towel hanging that was not there before. That kind of thing. In the end, I would literally keep working with her even upon returning for extra assistance monthly. However, we are renting the home as we have re-located. So, do not hesitate to call Helen for assistance even if you think it is not what she specializes in. You won't regret it!"
